My normal hourly rate is $30, but I am happy to work with you on prices for larger projects. 

Hi, my name is Cooper Cahalan.

 

I’m a student attending JCCC to become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Firefighter. I enjoy hands-on work—building, fixing, organizing, and working outdoors.

I started this service to help busy families and aging neighbors with the everyday home and yard tasks that are hard to keep up with.

 

I show up on time, work hard, and treat your home with respect.
